What is "Winter soil"? As you may think, "Doyo" refers to the 18 days before spring, summer, fall, and winter, so there are four times a year. This year is from January 17th to February 3rd. Summer "Ox Day of the Earth" = Since the eel has been established, other earthworms have rarely become talked about.

As you all know, the eel season was originally from autumn to winter, and it was not sold very much in summer, so Gennai Hiraga and Nanpo Ota were asked by an eel shop to think about a copy. It is now like a summer event to eat eel on the day of the ox in summer. However, at present, eels are cultivated more than 90%, so "season" is very irrelevant and can be enjoyed all year round.

Today I came to Oedo in Nihonbashi Honmachi. "Eel Kappo cuisine Oedo" is a stone guide written next to the entrance of the shop, as stated in the shop, "The beginning of the first Kansei period (1800) when Sokaya Yoshibei set up a store in Edo." It's been a long time since I visited you with entertainment 10 years ago. I visited you around 13 o'clock, but it's almost full. I would like to have Unashige Nagatsuki (3,600 yen) and my friend would have Unadon (3,800 yen). If you have a bite, you will be surprised at the taste.

Eels are certainly effective in beauty, or it's a bit nice to have them delicious. Eel may be the best for drying and fatigue in winter. I wanted to make "Eel in winter" a little popular, so I thought about something like an eel shop's turner.
