Taimeiken is a long-established Western-style restaurant founded in 1931 in Nihonbashi 1-chome.
On the right side of the front entrance, there is a stand-up corner dedicated to ramen.
When I use the standing eating corner, I buy a meal ticket at a vending machine, but today it was during the evening, so I was able to enter from the main entrance and order ramen.
Ramen is characterized by a clear soy sauce-based soup, light and not salty.
The noodles are thin noodles.
It is full of nostalgia with red-colored charsew.
It has baked laver, green onions, thick cinnatiques, and peas.
It is a delicious ramen from a long-established Western restaurant.
