On February 18 (Saturday), we participated in a lecture on "Working Experience Archeology" held at Nara Mahorobakan, an antenna shop in Nara Prefecture at 1-chome Nihonbashi Muromachi.
This is a joint lecture of "Special Display" Yamato Warriors-Kofun period's Weapons and Armours-" & "Working Experience Archeology" currently being held at a museum in Nara Prefecture.
The venue was on the second floor of the Nara Mahorobakan, and the lecturer was Toshiyuki Kitai, the chief curator of the Nara Prefectural Kashihara Archaeological Research Institute Museum.
This is a special display "Working and Experience Archeology!" Held at the Nara Prefectural Kashihara Archeology Institute Museum In conjunction with "Yamato Warrior - Kofun period's Weapons and Armours", a panel exhibition introducing this exhibition is also being held at the Nara Mahoroba Hall, where Mr. Kitai, who was in charge of planning this special display, will explain the highlights of this exhibition and talk about behind-the-scenes stories from planning to holding the exhibition.
It took about an hour and a half, but various things, such as the difficulties and ingenuity of conducting an exhibition where replicas of the exhibits and the exhibits, and the impressions of the blind who experienced the "Saru Exhibition" I was impressed to hear the story.
For healthy people, I thought the opportunity to be exhibited at the museum was valuable and a wonderful attempt.
By the way, on the first floor of the Nara Mahorobakan, a panel display of "Yamato Jizo Jufuku Sacred Ground Tour" is being held.
"Yamato Jizo Jufuku" means that Fukutoku is awarded by visiting the guardian of children and travelers of Jukaji Temple, where the attractive Jizo Bodhisattva in Nara Prefecture is enshrined.
