The other day, I held a beautiful pink booklet in hand and saw people walking around Nihonbashi. I was worried, and I picked up the booklet. Apparently, it turned out that they are participating in the town excursion-type real treasure hunting event "Nihonbashi treasure hunt phantom cherry blossoms-a hanging from people-".
Recently, it seems that various events have been held that combine "walking around the city" and " solving the mystery".
The photo shows the pink booklet "Treasure Map". Based on this "treasure map", we actually walk around the city and solve the mystery. The booklet was located in each area of Nihonbashi, including the first basement floor of Colled Muromachi, Sanzen Nihonbashi Information Center.
This was my first time, but I also tried to participate. If you solve the mystery, it will be clear. I walked a considerable distance without knowing it, and it was a good exercise.
This time, I learned about "Nihonbashi Sakura Festival 2017" in the pink booklet that people waiting for me had. When you go to the city, you will find something fun.

At the Nihonbashi Sakura Festival 2017, in addition to the Japanese Bashi treasure hunt, "Sakura Light Up" (March 16-April 9, 2017) is also being held. Various buildings around the Mitsui Main Building and Nihonbashi, which are important cultural properties, are lit up in cherry blossom colors, making it perfect for a walk at night.
An event called "Nihonbashi Area Sake Handy Walk 2017" (April 15, 2017), which combines "town walk" and "handi sake" is also planned. If you are interested, please contact us.
