The other day, I held a beautiful pink booklet in my hand and saw people walking around Nihonbashi. I was worried too, and picked up the book. Apparently, it was a person who participated in the town excursion-type real treasure hunting event "Nihonbashi treasure hunting phantom cherry blossoms-a guard that connects people-".
Recently, it seems that various events have been held that combine "town walk" and "mystery solve".
The photo is a pink booklet "Treasure Map". Based on this "treasure map", we actually walk around the city and solve the mystery. The booklet was located in each area of Nihonbashi, including the first basement floor of Colled Muromachi, Mitsuzen Nihonbashi Information Center.
This was my first time, but I also participated. You'll be relieved when you solve the mystery. I walked a considerable distance without knowing it, and it was a good exercise.
This time, I learned about "Nihonbashi Cherry Blossom Festival 2017" in the pink booklet that people waiting for walks had. When you go to town, you will find something fun.![]()

At the Nihonbashi Cherry Blossom Festival 2017, in addition to searching for Japanese bass treasure, "Sakura Light Up" (March 16 to April 9, 2017) is also held. The Mitsui Main Building, which is an important cultural property, and various buildings around Nihonbashi, are illuminated in cherry blossoms, making it perfect for a night stroll.
There is also an event called "Nihonbashi Area Sake Brewing 2017" (April 15, 2017), a combination of "town walk" and "tasking sake" will be held. If you are interested, please.
