Matryoshka classroom continues ~ GINZA HAKKO tree incense ~

[rosemary sea] April 27, 2017 14:00

It's rosemary sea, which makes up "gifts and I enjoy myself".

DSC02235a.jpgGinza 6-chome, which is crowded with customers of GINZA SIX, which opens on April 20, and GINZA HAKKO tree incense (Kinoka) in 7-chome right next to it, the other day I introduced the shop.

The shop is on the first floor that handles a variety of wood crafts and wood crafts such as Russian folk art Matryoshka and German folk art walnuts.

On the first basement floor, which leads from the store on the first floor, there is a space related to classrooms and exhibitions.

On April 21, the day of the interview, a painting artist, Yuri Takeichi, held a "Matryoshka Classroom".

Professor Takeichi, you are beautiful, young, very kind and polite.

DSC02209a.jpgDSC02236a.jpgAs you know, Matryoshka is a doll of Russian folk art. A so-called "need" doll in which several layers of Russian female dolls come out from inside.

Its roots are also referred to as Hakone-crafted Seven Lucky Gods nested doll.

It is also popular as a talisman for safe delivery and child treasure. Perfect as a gift.

There is also a legend that if you breathe the smallest doll with a wish and overlap it and keep it as it is, the wish will come true.

Nevalian deer (= wake-up spill) does not open inside, but it contains metal and makes a very beautiful sound. Best for baby toys.

This day was a day when you could choose and make both Matryoshka and Nebariyashika.

The yellow machine, Hakumitsu Co., Ltd.'s electric pen, my pen α, is located in the center of the table. The temperature setting is 10 levels, and the tip of the pen is 4 patterns.

Using this, the teacher showed the technique of wood burning (scorched picture).

Dr. Yuri Takeichi's classroom is held twice a month on Friday. 3 hours from 14:00 to 17:00. The capacity is 6 people. There were also students from Shizuoka on this day.

In order to finish the work, it will be divided into two to three times.

Matryoshka is a system that makes one set of three types, and two for Nebariyashika.

 I draw a sketch.

Wood burning (using an electric pen to burn wood and draw a picture).

  It's usually a day here.

 Acrylic Gash (described later).

   ※ What is Acrylic Gash?

One of the acrylic paints is opaque. Painting that remains opaque even if the amount of water is adjusted. Since acrylic resin is used for the binder (glue that fixes pigment), once dried, it becomes water resistant and the paint does not dissolve in water.

Another feature is that it has strong adhesive strength and can be colored in a wide range of materials such as wood. It is opaque like a poster color, and when it dries, it becomes matte.

Finished. This is also important. Put the teak on the cheek to complete it.

The teacher has been running for about two years. At first, the classroom was opened on a single shot.

I'm looking for students. Reservation required. But some people are repeating. If you make one set, you can make another set or change the pattern.

There is also a classroom for teachers other than Dr. Yuri Takeichi.

The other classrooms will be explained in the next article.
