One evening, around 5 o'clock, it was a day when
the rain fluttered and the flowers were cold.
When I got off
the Edo bus at the Chuo-ku government office, a foreign family was operating
the smartphone in some trouble
.
"Excuse me. “May I help you,” I say the name of the hotel I don’t know. Because the map displayed on the smartphone is not clear,
Then, please lend me your cell phone. I'm going to check with the hotel people in Japanese.
I'm not sure if I call the woman at the hotel and ask her the exact address and landmark.
"A group of Americans named Tully has 2 couples, 2 kids at the front entrance of Chuo-ku government office. It
's raining and I don't have an umbrella
, so please come and pick me up." About five minutes with Tully and his party, I was talking about the new president's villa in their hometown, and the woman in the hotel picked me up
with
an umbrella.
I am very pleased with the actions of a woman who appeared
with
an umbrella in a quick action, and repeated, "This is Japanese hospitality, Omotenashi"
many times,

and a woman at the hotel fit in my camera.
I am proud
of
the Japanese culture where such
kind behavior
continues. Ginzo
