Introduction of menu information-Shiseido Parlour Ginza Main Store-

This is rosemary sea, which covers "gifts and enjoy yourself" as an action program.

 

Shiseido Parlour Ginza Main Store, this time we would like to introduce the future menu information of the restaurant on the 4th and 5th floor and Salon de Cafe on the 3rd floor.

As the name implies, a Western-style menu commemorating Shiseido Parlour's 115th anniversary.

The service staff will also be greeted in reprinted uniforms reminiscent of those days.

Limited time from Thursday, June 1 to June 30 (Friday).

Only meat or fish dishes, which will be selected in the course, this and dessert will be introduced here.

Meat dish: Roast Beef Gray Bee Sauce from Kagoshima Black Beef

Kagoshima black beef is a Japanese black beef with excellent meat quality, characterized by its mild richness and umami unique to fine and beautiful marbling. Enjoy a juicy roast beef with this rare Japanese beef that is packed with gravy.

※ For an additional 1,500 yen, you can change it to "Kagoshima Black Beef Fillet Meat Steak Sauce with your favorite sauce".

Fish dish: Okinawan active car shrimp and tongue flat Antoinette style

The Antoinette style is named after the hairstyle of Marie Antoinette, the queen of King Louis XVI of France in the 18th century.

A dish that looks gorgeous according to the cooking method handed down to Shiseido Parlour's successive chefs.

"Azuma Odori" special menu

Follow the east and parfait vertical a.jpgBeginning in 1925 (Daisho 14), the festival of Shimbashi Hanayagikai, which conveys the essence and gorgeousness of Edo, "East Odori".

In connection with this festival, which is held every May, two sweets menus that have the elegant and stylish behavior of Shimbashi Geisha are now available.

Both are limited to 6 days from Tuesday, May 23 to May 28 (Sunday).

Shiseido Parlour and Shimbashi geisha actually have a deep connection, practice shamisen, and there is an episode in which a shamisen storage area was created in the restaurant for geisha who take a break in Soda water between the back and forth.

It's the season of new tea. It seems that the Japanese atmosphere of the east was expressed with matcha.

Kinako bracken rice cakes, shiratama and fruits are contained, and the texture and color are rich.

A mini-sized model of a guard umbrella reminiscent of a smart geisha rides on a plate to create an atmosphere.

Blue-green. In the late Meiji era, a geisha from Shimbashi liked kimono of this color, and it was called "Shimbashi color" because it became popular in the world.

The color tone is expressed in blue apple-flavored syrup, lemon, and ginger ale, with Shiseido Parlour's traditional ice cream floating on it.
