Grandparents started up as a drink-main cafe in Montmartre, Paris, France, and then parents took over and served meals. The Paris store was closed, but their dream of taking over it was fulfilled by opening Café Andredo Sacrequeur in Ningyocho in 2008. The master Yoshio inherits parents' recipes, mainly home cooking in Paris. It's wonderful to be able to taste Paris home cooking in Ningyocho.

Mr. Lorans was born in Montmartre, France. Since I was in Paris, I love Japanese culture, studied Japanese, studied in the United States, and came to Japan for the first time as an international student (graduate school) in 1989. After graduating, while working for a foreign-affiliated company in Nihonbashi, he went to a long-established soba shop "Ningyocho Shochiku-an", and in 1999 he married Yoshio, the son of the owner, after a great love. I have been living in Japan for 29 years. I'm very good at Japanese.

The home cooking menu that inherits the thoughts of Lorance's parents and values the taste of Maman in Paris is popular. During lunch and dinner time, the menu changes daily, so you can enjoy the daily menu and be excited. Sweets for tea time are also recommended.

Today, I would like to introduce Kish and gratin. Kish has a fluffy texture like an omelet wrapped in pie dough. Gratin is a taste of meat sauce full of vegetables, mashed potatoes and cheese. Every time you carry a spoon, the mellow taste spreads in your mouth richly.

Lunch set comes with an alternative French bread and soup. The soup cup is wonderful. When I asked Mr. Lorance, the knife fork was made in France. I thought that cups were also made in France, so I procured them in Japan. He says he uses his grandmother's handmade coaster at the shop carefully. My heart has warmed up.

I would like everyone to enjoy delicious food at a cafe with a cozy atmosphere, healed by the smiles of Mr. Rolands and the staff while feeling sincere hospitality.
