Rose Garden on the Expressway [Tsukiji River Shukubashi Park]

There are several "bridges" between the Ginza area and the Tsukiji area.

The celebration bridge was originally a bridge that spanned the Tsukiji River, and the Tsukiji River was reclaimed, and now the Metropolitan Expressway Toshin Beltway passes through it.

Tsukiji River Shukubashi Park is a park built adjacent to this celebration bridge, and under the park is an expressway.
