In Higashi-Nada, Hyogo Prefecture, he has been brewing sake for more than 270 years since its establishment.
Hakutsuru Ginza Style (HAKUTSURU GINZA STYLE), located in the land of Ginza, was established for the purpose of transmitting a lifestyle with sake from Ginza here.
Since 2006, various seminars on sake have been held mainly.
