On May 21, the annual "Wanpaku Sumo Chuo-ku Tournament" was held at [Chuo-ku General Sports Center] in Hamacho.
On a pleasant sunny day, many small wrestlers and their families who participated from the morning rushed to Hamacho Park where the venue was located. In Chuo-ku, the population is increasing, but the number of children seems to be increasing, or it seems that the vitality is increasing more than usual.
At the venue, efforts will be made one after another by gender and school year. The operation is being carried out by JC members while paying close attention to safety. In addition, volunteers who participated from each area in the ward are focusing on referees, venue arrangement, and guidance of players. I also supported the children's enthusiasm with little power.
Some win and show their guts pose proudly, while others lose and cry tears. Each one will be a valuable experience, and one day it will be a nostalgic memory.
