Cooking class at Ginza Paul Boccues

[Mapo ★] May 23, 2017 12:00

A cooking class held on Thursday, the third of every month.

Chef Kinoshita has a menu of three dishes: appetizer, main and dessert.
While demonstrating and giving one-point advice, etc.
You can also get a beautiful color recipe.
You can also see the steps on the screen.

And of course, I could eat those three items.
There is also a glass wine that matches the main.

That's 5,000 yen including tax.
If you have a Hiramatsu card, you can get further discounts.♪

This time, Jumbong Persie, a ham jelly-ordered ham called Junbon Persie.
3 items of Isaki's preze and claim dange.
What was particularly helpful was how to make homemade from ham.
It takes a little time, but it has a very gentle taste.
The salt is modest and there is no processed product.

I decided to buy pork once and make ham.

The chef was also trained in Hiramatsu Paris.

It's very friendly and tells you that you like cooking.

It seems that some people come every month.
It's so popular that you have to wait for a cancellation.

I would like to go again when the season changes.
