We will focus on products that we could not introduce last time.

Then, as for the introduction of bread, all the comments I ate (Kagikakko writing) are those of the Rosmari family.

Focaccia Iidako (right)

Seasoned Iidako with tomatoes, olives, and anchovy ptanesca-style sauce.

"The idea is interesting. It looks great. Of course it's delicious."

Focaccia shirasu (left)

We put plenty of whitebait on a large leaf and baked it with white sesame seeds.

"A good amount of salt. The whitebait is crispy and delicious. It's a good idea."

Walnut & white fig

French bread containing white fig and walnut boiled with white wine and spices.

"The shape is a fig shape. A whole fig with walnuts. Although it is small, it has a sense of weight and is responsive to eating. The smell is great. I can't bear the tiny feeling of fig."

Cube custard cream

Smooth homemade custard cream is wrapped in fluffy sweet fabric.

"Stylish."

Iyokan roll

Milk-flavored moist fabric with yokan peel is added.

"I feel a lot."

In addition, the panochocola was also delicious.

I can't really introduce it yet, but there are some from the season.

I hope you will eat these wonderful breads. I recommend it.
