A variety of delicious Toyama specialties ~ Nihonbashi Toyamakan 1~

[rosemary sea] 18:00 on June 22, 2017

Rosemary sea is a memory of "gifts, and enjoy yourself" to cover.

It has been just one year since the opening of the antenna shop Nihonbashi Toyamakan in Toyama Prefecture.

I would like to introduce Mr. Kko of the Rosmari Food Lipo Corps, a shop I visited the other day with her mother, Nihonbashi Toyamakan.

We interviewed Mr. Asano, a sub-manager of Nihonbashi Toyamakan.

This time, I would like to introduce two items.

Umekama 'Konbumaki Kamaboko'

Toyama's unique kamaboko kelp roll with a whirlpool.

A delicious form of fresh seafood wrapped in history and skill.

Toyama's famous kelp roll kamaboko is not a kamaboko with a board that is often seen, but is steamed by spreading kelp and stretching surimi.

In addition, in Toyama, there are also major, vivid red and blue surimis that are thinly stretched, and red rolls and blue rolls wrapped with the skin, and crafted kamaboko for celebration.

It seems to be a New Year's New Year's dish, but Kamaboko is also indispensable for the celebration seat in Toyama.

The custom of cutting crafted kamaboko after a banquet and dividing them into neighboring neighborhoods is a culture unique to Toyama.

・・・Rosmari food lipo corps, Kko's "Konbumaki Kamaboko" food lipo.

"It's good. The rolled kelp is also thick and has a very deep taste.

The balance of kelp and kamaboko was good and delicious. I want to eat it again."

Toyama Kakiyama 'Shiroebi Journey'

A transparent white body that grows only deep in the sea of Toyama Bay, pale pink legs and tails, and white shrimp.

It is called "The Jewel of Toyama Bay".

Mariage of rice from Toyama, where the white shrimp and delicious water springs out.

It is a rice cracker with flavorful white shrimp.

It is very famous now as a souvenir of Toyama. It seems to be selling quite well in Toyama Prefecture.

・・・The annual food lipo show of the Rosmari food lipo corps here.

"The taste of the sweet white shrimp was delicious." Mr. Ikura.

"It was sweet, crisp, and easy to eat." Mr. S.

"The sweetness of white shrimp and the scent of the shore create an exquisite harmony." Mr. T. Yamasan No. 3.

"The flavor of white shrimp spreads in your mouth." Mr. F.

"It's a health-conscious snack with the extreme taste of 'light taste'." Mr. O.

"The slight saltiness of rice crackers and the sweetness of white shrimp were the best match and delicious." Mr. S.

"The gentle sweetness of white shrimp spread in my mouth and it was delicious." Mr. F.

“You can eat it lightly. The smell of shrimp is effective.' Mr. K.

"When you open the bag, you smell a fragrant white shrimp, and moderate salt content." Mr. T. Yamasan No. 2.

"Salt is modest and the flavor of shrimp draws the rest." Mr.

・・・The introduction of delicious Toyama specialty products will continue. I look forward to it.
