The World Cheese Trading Association sells it to the general public once a month. The date of sale will be published on the website. The sales time is from 13:00 to 19:00 (it will end as soon as the sale product runs out), but it is always so popular that you can finally buy it for a long time. The sale date in July is 28th. So I asked the sales department about the garage sale. "The purpose of the event is to sell products that are wholesaled for business and retail and that cannot be wholesaled out of the expiration date rule (7 times of taste) at a low price with the Motta Inai spirit, and to eat cheese more We do the concept of want you to know. " This is exactly what we're working on for food loss, a challenge right now. It's a very nice sale for our consumers. Cheese fans will be looking forward to this sale every month. The type of cheese is different every month, so it's also one of the pleasures.

Last year it was 15th in line from 11:00. There will be a long line of customers waiting for the opening at 13:00. That day was just after it was released on TV, so many people seemed to have watched the broadcast. If you can't come to buy it every month, we will purchase it in large quantities. In some cases, rare cheeses can be purchased
at a lower price compared to the prices seen at department stores and supermarkets. However, be careful because the expiration date is relatively short. I purchased too much last time, so I couldn't eat it, and distributed it to relatives and acquaintances and felt a great deal.
This time, on May 26, with a budget of about 3,000 yen, I would like to verify how to purchase affordable cheese without lining up and inform everyone.
Before that, I would like to introduce the recommended cheese that I bought this time.

First of all, from my experience, I will tell you the time when you can buy it without waiting in a row for a long time.
Despite the heavy rain in the morning at 12:00, it seemed that they were already lined up before 11:00, and there was a line up two blocks ahead of Harumi-dori St. So we decided to finish lunch slowly at Triton Square right next to the Cheese Merchant, and then line up at 13:00 when the store opens.
We lined up from 13 o'clock. I was relieved that the line had not increased as much as I expected compared to 12 o'clock. It took an hour to enter the shop side by side from 13:00. There are restrictions on admission for 10 people at the store.
At 14:00, I finally got a basket in front of the shop and started shopping. At this point, rare cheese was only a few left, but lucky enough to buy it. However, at the start of shopping at 14:30, the showcase where the cheese is no longer sold out will be removed and the number of items will decrease steadily.
At the start of shopping at 15:00, there are even fewer showcases. They replenish the cheese from the back warehouse, but there were few rare cheeses.
In my experience, I felt that it was most difficult to line up from 13:00. But if the weather was in the morning, it might have been different.
If you line up from 11 o'clock, you'll wait for 2 hours. If you line up from 13 o'clock, you may not be able to get the cheese you want, but if you're lucky, you can also get a delicious cheese. Why don't you try it? When you get your favorite cheese, you can feel very happy.
Tomato and wasabi cheese are cut into dices and Aya salad is made. It's perfect for summer.
