Announcement of Midsummer Parfait Fair 2017-Shiseido Parlour Ginza Main Store Salon de Cafe-

It is rosemary sea, which covers "gifts and enjoy yourself" as a life work.

 

Shiseido Parlour Ginza Main Store Salon de Cafe, this summer "2017 Midsummer Parfait Fair" will be held in two phases.

First: July 1 (Sat)-July 30 (Sun)

Second: August 1 (Tuesday) - August 31 (Thursday)

 

In this fair, a total of six types of parfaits, mainly made of fruits that focus on the production area and season, will appear in each period.

With the idea of "I want you to taste it delicious until the end", every parfait incorporates fruit jelly and fruit compote to the lower layer of the parfait glass.

The main fruits are also used for homemade ice cream and solve with special attention.

 

This is the first step: Introducing the three items of July, a parfait of peach, apple mango, and blueberry, and a parfait of Natsuaki Ichigo "Koihime" that leads to the 115th anniversary of the founding (115).

This time, we also took care of Mr. Kotsugai, a public relations group of Shiseido Co., Ltd.

2,160 yen (tax included) of Arakawa peach parfait from Sakai Farm in Wakayama Prefecture

"Arakawa no Momo" is a brand peach that represents Wakayama Prefecture. It is a rare item that is difficult to obtain in the Tokyo area.

Fresh peaches, which have been ripe and carefully harvested one by one, are also used for pink peach sherbet and jelly.

It is characterized by its rich aroma and drip juice that can be felt in one mouth.

How about a blissful moment with the gentle sweetness that spreads over your mouth?

Parfait of apple mango from Yaeyama Islands, Okinawa Prefecture 2,580 yen (tax included)

A deluxe dish that luxuriously uses apple mango from Okinawa grown in the blessings of the sun.

The flesh, which has a good color and gloss and melt, is characterized by its elegant sweetness, moderate acidity and rich richness.

Milk ice cream and berry sauce give further depth to taste.

Parfait of blueberries from Ibi-gun, Gifu Prefecture 1,890 yen (tax included)

Large blueberries, whose deliciousness is condensed in a crisp texture, are also used for sherbets, creams and jelly.

Homemade vanilla ice cream enhances the sweetness and acidity of blueberries.

[Strawberry parfait with a commitment to the 115th anniversary of Shiseido Parlour]

Strawberry parfait of Koihime from Shinshu Hata Kobo, Nagano Prefecture 1,890 yen (tax included)

It is a gem that uses "Natsuaki Strawberry" Koihime "" harvested in a house dedicated to Shiseido Parlour owned by Shinshu Hata Kobo as a sauce.

Please enjoy the unique taste of Natsuaki strawberries with refreshing acidity.
