It is a long and narrow municipal park along the Sumida River on the southeast side of St. Luke Garden.
During the lunch break

You can see high-rise apartments lined up on the Riverside and water buses
that come and go.
It feels hot during the daytime in summer, but the leaves of the trees that are planted are creating a moderate shade during this season.
Trees such as cherry blossoms
, rose of sharon, dogwood, zelkova and Hana peach are planted in the park.
The night view 
is beautiful at night, and the river breeze from the Sumida River is also a recommended walking course.
