Survive the heat with fresh soba

[Asunaro] August 4, 2017 09:00

It's at the height of summer.

It seems that a body wants cold noodles on a hot day.
Pass through the noren of Rikyu-an in Nihonbashi Muromachi.

The aim is "Grated soba" with a refreshing taste.
Grated radish, lemon, laver, sesame, thread-cut bonito flakes,
I'll have a pure white sarashina soba with condiment green onions.

I thought it would be diluted with grated radish
The soup. After that, the soba hot water is also delicious.

Soba contains a lot of nutrients.
It is said to be a perfect meal in summer when appetite tends to decline.

Let's survive this heat by eating soba.
