Visualization of wall greening [Chuo-ku government office]

[The Minnie Cricket] 18:00 on August 26, 2017

Even in Chuo-ku, I often see buildings with green walls, but sometimes I want to know how effective it actually works.

The Chuo-ku Office has been installing a wall greening thermometer next to the front entrance for a long time so that the difference between the temperature of the wall that has not been greened and the temperature of the greened wall can be seen in real time by numbers. "visualization" is planned.

On the day of shooting (August 22), the temperature of the wall that was not green on the wall was 34.3 degrees, while the temperature of the greened wall was 29.0 degrees, which was 5.3 degrees different.

Wall greening is amazing, or this effect using the power of plants is amazing.

From tomorrow (23rd), it will be sunny and the temperature will rise even more, and the effect of greening the wall is expected.

In addition, we received your consent during the photo shoot.

Thank you very much

Greening is not only on walls, but also rooftop greening and ground greening.
