Jugatsuzakura during flowering

As the name suggests, Jugatsuzakura blooms in October.

Widely called "winter cherry blossoms"

It is located along Chuo-dori, near the base of the Kyobashi bridge that once spanned the Kyobashi River

In the photo above, you can see the back of Tokyo Square Garden

An explanation board for "Kyobashi and Kyobashi River" is also located in a corner of this planting.

Across the road, across the street is the Police Museum.

Jugatsuzakura (October cherry tree) is a plant belonging to the family Rosaceae, a horticultural variety of Kohigan in the family of Edhigan.

It blooms twice a year.

Naturally, the neighboring oshima cherry is not blooming
