Autumn Taste Course-Shiseido Parlour Ginza Main Store-

This is a rosemary sea, which covers the standard of "gifts and enjoy yourself."

 

Shiseido Parlour Ginza Main Store Restaurant, "Autumn Taste Course" is available until November 30 (Thursday).

Ainames and oysters, which become more delicious in this season, are tailored to the production area.

It is a prefix-style course menu that incorporates seasonal ingredients from the earth and the sea, including autumn vegetables such as seasonal mehikari, Hokkaido Sika Deer, Savoy and Akaguri pumpkin.

In addition, you can choose from multiple fish and meat dishes and soup from two dishes, North Sea clams and matsutake mushrooms.

Desert is available in autumn ingredients such as marron, maple, and apple.

Please fully enjoy many tastes that satisfy autumn of appetite.

 

This time, we also took care of Mr. Kotsugai, a public relations group of Shiseido Co., Ltd.

Daytime: Course Amuses, appetizers, fish dishes or meat dishes, desserts, coffee 6,000 yen (tax included)

Night: Course Amuses, appetizers, soups, fish dishes or meat dishes, desserts, coffee 7,000 yen (tax included)

Day/night: Course B Amuse, appetizer, soup, fish dish, meat dish, dessert, coffee 9,500 yen (tax included)

 

<Amusement>  Frit of Mehikari

<appetizer>     Confi salad of Kyoto duck peach meat and gizzard

 Soup, fish dishes, meat dishes, and desserts are selected from 2 or 3 items each.

<Soup>   Chauder of North Sea clams

        Consommé Royale with Matsutake mushrooms (+500 yen)

<Fish dish>   Hokkaido-grown poire white wine sauce

        Oyster fried tartar sauce from Akkeshi

<Meat dish>   Together with Potov Akinona of Hida beef

        Hokkaido Sika Deer loin meat poire red wine sauce

        Hida beef fillet meat steak sauce (+1,500 yen)

<Desert>  Orange fragrant Maron cream and Bour Noiset Ice Cream

        Autumn alley maple taste with apples

 

 A separate service charge of 10% will be charged for the price.
