Gratin & Stew Fair - Shiseido Parlour Ginza Main Store-

Shiseido Parlour Ginza Main Store Restaurant, "Gratin & Stew Fair" will be held from January 9th (Tuesday) to January 31st (Wednesday).
The chef was impressed by the authentic French taste of "vegetables only" and made a menu of gratin only vegetables.
Including "Plenty of vegetable tomato stewed Emmental cheese gratin" packed with that commitment.
"Japanese beef cheek meat boiled red wine" and traditional menu will appear.
In addition, "Fruit Gratin" will be available until Wednesday, January 31 at Shiseido Parlour Ginza Main Store Salon de Cafe.

 

This time, we also took care of Mr. Kotsugai, a public relations group of Shiseido Co., Ltd.

Using plenty of winter vegetables, stewed with a refreshing sour tomato sauce.
It is finished in gratin with Emmental cheese that increases richness and umami with heated dishes.

 The above 5 items are plus 1,540 yen, with today's soup, salad and coffee set.
