[Dimini ☆ Cricket] January 11, 2018 12:00

This is the "Tosanmatsu Higashiginza Store" on the first floor of the Toei Higashiginza Building, at the corner where the street from Showa-dori to Kamei Bridge and Kibikicho Street intersect.

Speaking of "Eel of the Earth Ox Day", it is said to be Gennai Hiraga's idea because it is a nutritious eel in the hot summer season and summer batter, but I think it is the wonderful wisdom of the Japanese.

But do you know that there are four times a year?

Doyo refers to "approximately 18 days before spring, summer, fall, and winter."

The four soil uses are called spring soil, summer soil, autumn soil, and winter soil, respectively.

This year's winter soil is entered on January 17, the dawn is February 3, and there are two Ox Days on winter soil, January 21 and February 2.

That's why it's an eel ahead of winter soil. The good smell of eel that comes in the cold winter season is the best. In the end, what is delicious whenever you eat is delicious.

This is the service set meal.

A beautiful eel with plump and soft light

The rice with oozing sauce was also delicious.

It also comes with small bowls, incense and liver sucking.

Lunch time is very crowded, so we recommend that you enter the store early.

Comfortable customer service is also a feature of this shop.
