This year, the chocolate of "Valona", France, loved by the world's top patissier, is turned into sherbets and ice cream, creating a classical taste where you can fully enjoy chocolate.
The harmony with traditional vanilla ice cream, banana saute, and espresso jelly is also outstanding.
