Chef's Recommended Fish Course ~Shiseido Parlour Ginza Main Store~

This is rosemary sea, where we refined "gifts, and enjoy yourself."

 

Shiseido Parlour Ginza Main Store Restaurant、We are preparing a "chef recommended course" that tailors selected seafood as main dish until February 28 (Wednesday).

Chef himself visits the fishing port and selects one type of seafood carefully selected on the spot, and goes to the table according to his favorite cooking method.

Among them, the sauce-styled alfonsino using ginger and oysters from Akkeshi made with saute are recommended only now.

<Meat dish>    Milano-style cutlet made of domestic calf loin meat

          Hida beef fillet steak with your favorite sauce (+1,500 yen)

 

<Dessert>  Combination of mango mousse and chocolate with exotic ice cream
