Greek food THE APOLLO in Tokyu Plaza, Ginza

[Silver] March 25, 2018 09:00

"Tokyu Plaza Ginza" opened in March 2016, and two years have already passed.

The design of the exterior of the building has become a hot topic that expresses "Edo Kiriko", and I sometimes wanted to drink it with such a fine cut glass.

And the restaurant I wanted to come from before is THE APOLLO. Located on the 11th floor of the building, Harumi-dori St., Sotobori-dori St. and the Imperial Palace can also be seen, and the view is very wonderful. The night view will be very nice.

 This is a Greek restaurant.

I learned that healthy Greek dishes made with fresh ingredients and plenty of olive oil, fresh vegetables and seafood are registered in the World Intangible Cultural Property.

For salads, mix olives, tomatoes and cucumbers with a smooth, rich and salty "feta cheese" with a spoon. This is different from the cheeses of other European countries and is quite exotic. Bread is also a little rare.

And it's like "tomato rice using long-grained rice" that you put a little powdered cheese, but that's not the case. It's a Greek pasta.

Greek pasta is like long grain rice.

And I saw a bottle of sake called METAXA for the first time in a long time. I've heard that it was a purveyor of the Greek royal family.

I think the taste was brandy with a taste similar to the French [Almanac].

This time, in the evening, I would like to drink with a glass like Edo Kiriko.

Even if you think, "I want to go to see the Parthenon shrine!"Airplane, So you can't easily go to Greece, so why don't you feel like traveling here?
