Greek cuisine The Apollo in Tokyu Plaza, Ginza

[Ginzo] 09:00 on March 25, 2018

"Tokyu Plaza Ginza" opened in March 2016, and two years have passed as early as possible.

It became a hot topic when the design of the exterior of the building expresses "Edo Kiriko", and I sometimes wanted to drink it with such a fine Kiriko glass.

And the restaurant I wanted to come from before is The Apollo. Located on the 11th floor of the same building, Harumi-dori St., Sotobori-dori St., and the Imperial Palace can also be seen, and the view is wonderful. The night view is very nice.

 This is a Greek restaurant.

I learned that healthy Greek cuisine with plenty of olive oil, fresh vegetables and seafood is registered in Intangible Cultural Property around the world.

For the salad, mix olives, tomatoes and cucumbers with a smooth, rich and salty "feta cheese" with a spoon. This is different from the cheese of other European countries, and it is quite exotic. Bread is a little unusual.

And it is like "tomato rice using long-grained rice" to pour a little powdered cheese, but not so. It's a Greek pasta.

Pasta from Greece is like long grain rice.

And I saw a bottle of METAXA for the first time in a long time. I've heard that it was a Greek royal servant.

I think the taste was brandy with a taste close to [Almagnac] in France.

This time, I would like to drink it in the evening with a glass like Edo Kiriko.

And

Even if you want to go to see the Parthenon,Plane you can't go to Greece, so why don't you feel like traveling here?
