[rosemary sea] March 13, 2018 09:00

This is a rosemary sea that carries on "gifts and enjoys myself" and covers it.

Shiseido Parlour Ginza Main Store Salon de Cafe is holding a "Special Strawberry Fair" by strawberries carefully selected from all over the country from January to March.

Finally, in March, the last month, three kinds of strawberries in season, which are particular about the production area, will appear.

From Wakayama, Ehime and Fukuoka prefectures, we have varieties with distinctive sweetness, acidity, texture, and appearance.

Among them, "Fukuoka Prefecture Yayohime's Strawberry Parfait" is also available in a low carbohydrate version.

This time, we also took care of Mr. Koban, a public relations group of Shiseido Co., Ltd.

Then I would like to introduce some items.

"2018 Special Strawberry Fair" Until March 31st (Sat)

The firm pulp has a high sugar content and the acidity is moderate.

Low carbohydrate Strawberry Parfait a.jpg

The strawberry parfait of "Yayoihime" also has a low carbohydrate version (1,890 yen).

With the decoration as it is, the tailoring of ice cream and sauce was devised to reduce the sugar content to 10g.

・ Carbohydrates are calculated by the Food, Raku, and Health Association.

Calculated based on the 7th edition standard ingredients table available carbonates.

・ The image is an image.

・ Depending on the arrival status of strawberries, the content and offer period may change.

 About carbohydrates

According to Satoru Yamada, director of the Diabetes Center at Kitasato Inst. Hospital, carbohydrates are carbohydrates containing 1 g = 4 kcal energy, and the average sugar content per meal is 80 to 100 g.

The amount of carbohydrate-restricted diet, which has been medically verified, is up to 130g per day.

This is three meals a day, and if you replace it with one meal, it will be about 40g for one meal and 10g for snacks.

Therefore, the amount of carbohydrate per meal that can be enjoyed by people with diabetes and healthy people is set at 20.0g to 40.0g.

Based on this idea, we devised desserts with less than 10g. (Estimation of 40g of carbohydrates is for one rice ball)

・ Mr. Tago Nagayama, Diabetes Center Kitasato Inst. Hospital

While facing 1,300 patients every day, he also supervises a carbohydrate-restricted restaurant guide in pursuit of how quality of life can be raised in diabetes treatment, which impairs the joy of eating.

In 2013, he established the Food, Raku and Health Association, a general incorporated association, and served as Representative Director.
