On April 14th, at the Phoenix Hall on the 2nd floor of Ginza Phoenix Plaza (Ginza 3), sake, shochu, and local beer manufacturers from the three prefectures (Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba and Yamanashi prefectures) under the jurisdiction of the Tokyo National Taxation Bureau gathered. In the three prefectures of Tokyo, there are many sake brewerys that have inherited the tradition since the Edo and Meiji eras and are engaged in sake brewing. At this event, it is also a great attraction to be able to compare and compare the brands and enjoy direct conversations with the brewery, including their commitment to making them.
From the right side of the entrance, sake booths in Chiba, Yamanashi, Tokyo and Kanagawa are set up along the wall, and shochu, local beer, and hot sake booths are set up in the center. Miss sake, an ambassador who conveys the charm of sake both domestically and internationally, also appears in kimono, adding sinter to the event.
