2018 Exchange Meeting with the brewery of three prefectures Kikishukai

[Sam] 12:00 on April 17, 2018

DSC02334ELS'.jpgDSC02337'RSG.jpg On April 14th, sake, shochu, and local beer manufacturers from three prefectures (Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, Yamanashi) under the jurisdiction of the Tokyo National Taxation Bureau gathered at the Phoenix Hall on the 2nd floor of Ginza Phoenix Plaza (Ginza 3). Exchange meeting with three prefectures (Kikishukai) was held. Part 1: 13:00 to 15:00 Part 2: 16:00~18:00

There are many sake brewerys in the three prefectures, which have inherited the tradition since the Edo and Meiji eras, and this event is a great attraction to be able to drink and compare the brands, as well as to have a direct conversation with the brewery, such as the commitment of "making".

From the right side of the entrance, there are sake booths in Chiba, Yamanashi, Tokyo and Kanagawa in order along the wall, and in the center there are booths for shochu, local beer, and warm sake. Miss sake, which acts as an ambassador to convey the appeal of sake to Japan and abroad, also appears in kimonos, adding flowers to the event.
