Flowering of dogwood [Kinbikicho, Matsuya-dori]

I wrote in the article about the flowering of "Hitotsubatago" on Miyuki Street, which I introduced the other day, but this year, the flowering time is quite different even for the same kind of flowering trees, probably because the weather was irregular from winter to early spring. I feel like

It's dogwood on Kibikicho Street.

Even if you say Kibikicho Street, it is dogwood on the street beside Kabukiza Theater.

This is the blooming dogwood on Matsuya Street.

The dogwood on Matsuya Street has branches on the side, so the whole street becomes gorgeous when full bloom.

The flower of dogwood is not the so-called petals, but the leaf called bracts, and the center mass is the real flower (inflorescence).

As for the actual flowers, inconspicuous flowers with a diameter of about 5mm with a diameter of 4 petals gather and bloom sequentially.
