This year, the 70th anniversary, various events were held on May 26 and 27 at the Harumi Passenger Terminal as the main venue.

Among them, the first "First Water Fire Fighting Ceremony" held on the Sumida River in 1949 was transferred to Harumi Wharf, and the following year, the 20th anniversary of 1969, the year after 1969, the 10th anniversary of firefighting boats and 3 firefighting helicopters, transformed into one of the events of Tokyo Minato matsuri.
