A little luxurious lunch at "Michiba Japanese Food Ginza Tateno"♪

[JRT Felt] June 1, 2018 18:00

The shop I visited for lunch with an acquaintance the other day was very nice, so I would like to introduce it here.

It was "Michiba Japanese food Ginza Tateno" who bothered me.

This is a kaiseki meal shop directly from Rokusaburo Dojo, and the shop owner is Yuji Tateno, who refined his skills under Dojo.

Speaking of Dojo, it is famous as the "Japanese iron man" of the super popular TV number "Ironman of Cuisine".

I received 3,800 yen (excluding tax) for "Satsuki no noon Zen"

First of all, we had this tuna making, hamo tsumire soup, and Chimaki Kotobuki sashimi as a combination.

All of them have a good taste of the ingredients and are delicious!

The following braided appetizers include grilled tofu, corn tofu, fried corn tofu, and sesame tofu.

One dish, one dish, one dish is elaborate, and the arrangement is beautiful, attracting eyes.

As my heart expands to expectations, strong appetizers appear. I'm "Specially Selected Wagyu Original Roast",

An acquaintance chooses "for the time being".

The roast beef I had was really delicious and unintentionally "delicious!" (laughs)

It seems that the black sesame udon in the meal is made by kneading black sesame into noodles, and it looks like a soba, but it looks like a soba.

If you put it in your mouth, it will be smooth and authentic "Udon".

Finally, today's lunch party is over with Mizuyokan and Yamashita Coffee.

A luxurious lunch in Ginza where you can relax while enjoying the conversation. It was a wonderful shop that made me want to come again.

The washroom was wonderful in the store, which was well organized, cherished the Japanese atmosphere, so I took a picture!

It is a perfect shop for good cooking, service, atmosphere, and important anniversarys.
