Hakutsuru Ginza Tenku Farm This year is also rice planting (Part 2)-Hakuzuru Sake Brewery-

[rosemary sea] June 10, 2018 12:00

It is rosemary sea, which covers "gifts and enjoy yourself" as an appeal point.

Hakutsuru Ginza Style (HAKUTSURU GINZA STYLE), who always introduces seminars, is located in the Tokyo branch office building of Hakutsuru Sake Brewery Co., Ltd. headquartered in Kobe.

Last time, I introduced the details of rice planting of "Hakuzuru Ginza Tenku Farm" on the roof of this Ginza building.

・・・ This time, we will show an interview on the day of rice planting on June 2 (Sat).

   Mr. Kotano

   Miss Sake

Only 140 to 50 applicants were selected by lottery.

This is an interview with the above people.

Hakutsuru Sake Brewery Co., Ltd. Hakutsuru Ginza Style Fukumoto, who always takes care of the introduction of the seminar, was taken care of again.

First of all,...

Hakutsuru Ginza Tenku Farm Manager: This is Mr. Asami Oda. I have a Kansai dialect.

P6022550a.jpg

・・・ The farm manager is scheduled to be retired in November this year. I feel lonely.

Yes, this is the company's rules. It's the end of the 65th birthday month.

・・・ How about Mr. Takao in the second year (resigned to the farm this year)?

Do you want to do your best?

After all, you don't have to rely on one person.

You can learn by doing it alone.

・・・ I'm watching, but I'm going to be led by Mr. Takao this year?

Yes, I don't know. I can't do it.

There are no mistakes in the rice fields and soils.

(I) It's a real start-up, so it's already hard.

But, after all, in that sense (making sake rice and sake) I think it was quite successful.

I want to have a friend.

Here is a place for encounters where customers interact and become friends.

It's a good idea to say it, it's going to be exaggerated, but I think it's good to be such a place.

Encounter and make friends.

In that sense, when I look back, I wonder if the shape has been formed. In many ways.

・・It's like a child, what's Hakutsuru Nishiki in Ginza.

No, it's true.

At first, I did Koshihikari (Imai no) for elementary school (nearly), but Koshihikari can be done even if I am relieved.

That's why this rice is a little different. I know how to compare it.

・・What is the climate of Ginza? Shiratsuru Nishiki is often made in the Kansai region. Is there any difference between the same rice here?

Let's go together.

On the other hand, this one can do it. I'm a little confident.

・・The flowering of various flowers was also early this year. How about sake rice?

No, sake rice has no effect at all.

Because rice has rice conditions.

Occasionally, I ask farmers, but if the weather is good and the temperature rises, harvesting may be about 10 days earlier.

For a long time, rice planting has been done in June. I've been planting rice since the beginning of this rainy season.

It has been improved (rice rice) varieties, and it has become early (se).

But sake rice is not the case.

It's an old-fashioned structure, so it's absolutely around June 10, (cutting) around October 20.

But I'm relieved when the harvest season comes, no, really.

・・How about the sparrows in Ginza? Is it hard to prevent you from eating rice?

I'm here, I'm still here.

We'll set up a bird net around mid-September.

Do you have a hole in the corner?

Oh, set up a pole of about 1m, set up a net, and do not put in exactly (sparrows).

If it turns a little yellow (the sparrow), it will come soon. I'll do it perfectly.

・・What about pests? Will you come to Ginza too?

No, it's true. I'll come.

The beetle (the larva of a butterfly called Ichimonji Seri), which does not eat the ears and eats the leaves.

Nearby Ginza bees are there, that's pesticide-free, and each other's pesticides are put in (rice) and crushed by hand.

It's a poop.

Even in Ginza, butterflies and dragonflies are coming now. It brings nature.

It's because living things come.

・・I also attended the other day's sake party.

I still drink this year's sake (Hakuzuru Ginza Tenku Farm sake). From now on.

I made the best rice last year. It was so beautiful.

・・Mr. Kotano, thank you very much.

Next is 2018 Miss Sake (Miss Sake) Asami Sudo.

P6022532a.jpg

・・・ Miss sake, who has been acquired by a sommelier, a liquor teacher and an international liquor teacher, right?

I'm honored to say so. Thank you very much.

・・I heard that your parents' house is a temple.

That's right. My parents' home is a temple in Kawasaki City, Kanagawa.

・・・ Do your parents like alcohol?

Yes, it was a family I really like to drink.

My father likes alcohol very much, and that's why the exchange spread.

I would like to be able to make mistakes while keeping such things and the meaning of appreciation for sake.

P6022535a.jpg

・・Have you known Miss Sake for a long time?

I knew for the first time from my friends, but the activities so far (miss sake seniors) have been doing so many things.

After all, there was a great deal of wanting to promote sake overseas, and I really wanted to do that kind of activity, so I thought I would definitely like to try it here.

・・How about rice planting?

After all, trying to plant sake rice by yourself is something invisible, it is invisible when you eat sake, but when you actually plant rice yourself, Oh, it is made one by one like this I felt again that sake can be made because it is made.

I had a very nice, really wonderful experience.

・・・ The way you drink sake and taste change.

Probably, while various scenes emerge, I think that (sake) will be exceptionally delicious again.

・・・ You can also come to the autumn harvest.

Yes, I would like to come to the harvest.

・・Thank you very much.

Thank you very much.

・・2018 Miss Sake Asami Sudo Thank you very much.

Finally, this is an interview with a customer who attended today's rice planting.

The first is a middle-aged lady.

・・How did you participate in the rice planting today?

It was the first time in my life, what is rice planting?

We were in a great countryside, and the neighbors had quite a lot of fields, but we didn't do agriculture at all.

I'd like to see the rice planting of the people around me.

It was my first time to experience (rice planting) and it was very fun.

Maybe it's fun because I'm not working.

But it was a valuable time for me to experience it, blessed with the weather.

My friend also applied for, but only I was elected.

I'm sorry to others.

But I was happy to have a valuable experience.

I would like to participate again if I have such an opportunity.

・・・ (A glass of cold sake was served, drinking sake from last year's rice) Why don't you plant this kind of sake?

Thank you very much. It's delicious.

I feel like a woman likes it. It's a fruity sake.

If you think it's valuable, it feels even more delicious.

・・・ Finally, do you often come to the seminar of Hakutsuru Ginza Style?

Yes, but Mr. Kotano (I dared to take a picture together earlier) has never participated. The rest is furoshiki.

There are quite a lot of friends (at this seminar).

・・Thank you very much.

Another one, a 67-year-old male participant.

・・How did you participate in the rice planting?

It's my first experience, no, maybe I've been in a rice field when I was little.

I don't remember it.

・・The weather was good today, isn't it?

Well, I was able to plant rice comfortably.

It's hard to plant rice on the rooftop (in Ginza).

・・・ This sake was made from last year's rice.

Earlier, I heard that you are doing this seminar (making sake rice and making sake).

Did you pay about 10,000 yen? One.

That's why I'm lucky that I was able to drink today.

It's delicious, or you don't have to drink so much, it's a convincing liquor.

・・・ Do you often drink sake?

Well, it's quite a lot recently. I drink too much (laughs).

・・I can't stop drinking.

It's okay because there's no one to stop, unless you stop yourself.

・・・ Finally, do you often participate in this seminar?

I'm sure it's about 10 times in total.

In this seminar, I would like to have a lot of alcohol, and I often have lunch boxes.

It's a delicious lunch box, and a souvenir (sake) 2 go bottle.

・・Thank you very much.

It was a really nice day to visit the rice planting of Hakutsuru Ginza Tenku Farm, which everyone enjoyed, I and Rosmari.
