Then, I would like to introduce the goods and SHIGA's BAR, the restaurant on the 2nd floor, Shinomotohashi (Jinomi).

A very popular product in the local area.

It has been loved for the same taste for 58 years.

Salad bread, castella sandwich, and dachiyokan are rosmari family, meal lipo.

"Takuwan pickles are sandwiched between mayonnaise. For some reason, match, very novel."

Castella dough and cream are sandwiched between the fluffy bread.

"As the name implies, the castella is sandwiched. It's soft, soft and delicious."

Smile Sand Tsuru and bread 180 yen (tax included)

This bread is a reprint of the bread called "Special Sand", which was the most popular at the beginning of Tsuruya.

It's a nostalgic bread with butter cream and jelly between the coppe bread.

Sandwich vine and bread 180 yen (tax included)

A round bread that Tsuruya has been making for more than 50 years.

Mayonnaise is applied between the bread, and the fish meat ham is sandwiched.

 Tsuruyapan is lined up in the shop on the first third Friday and Saturday of every month as "Tsuruya Bread Day".

Watayo is the birthplace of Detchiyokan, founded in Bunkyu 3rd year (1863).

The bean paste, sugar, and flour are kneaded and steamed in hand wraps.

Omi Hachiman is the birthplace of Omi merchants. The specialty is Detchiyokan.

Decchi is a boy who lives in and serves him.

That chochi-san buys it as a souvenir for returning home, so it's dachiyokan.

The yokan wrapped in bamboo skin is cut into the whole bamboo skin.

It is said that the scent of bamboo skin has changed and it has a taste.

In addition, since the bamboo skin has an antibacterial effect, it seems that it was OK even for a long trip.

"A taste that everyone likes. It tastes mild and easy to eat. It feels close to mizuyokan and delicious."

 Watayo's dachiyokan is lined up in the shop every Thursday. Please note that there is the week not to enter.

Each one is made by the hands of craftsmen, so it is one in all shapes, colors, and combinations.

Takashima Chimi Takashima Textile Industry Cooperative and Takashima Barashi Cooperative

It is on display around the wind chime.

Takashima City, located in the northwest of Lake Biwa, has been handed down continuously there.

It creates a unique shibo (convex) on the fabric, reduces the contact area to the skin, has a smooth touch, excellent water absorbability, and is a cool material suitable for hot and humid climate.

locally brewed sake, 33 members of the Shiga Prefectural Sake Brewery Association, can drink little by little.

This is a real store that reprints the booklet "SHIGA's BAR" launched by the Sake Brewery Association about 20 years ago.

Enjoy the rich water veins and the "water story" nurtured by Lake Biwa, and enjoy the unique locally brewed sake of Shiga.

Located on the 2nd floor of Jinnomi Motohashi, a restaurant that operates day and night.

Enjoy the rich taste of Shiga, such as the blessings of Lake Biwa, locally brewed sake and Oomi beef in Shiga.

There are three limited-time menus this summer, so we will introduce them.

Cooled tea pickled with cold soup stock.

Special collaboration menu with Inazuma Rock Festival 2018 1,800 yen (tax included) 8/1 to 8/31 (planned)

You can eat Inazuma rock curry supervised by Takanori Nishikawa and Oomi beef at the same time.
