This season's fourth Indian spot-billed duck parent and child

[The Rabbit of Tsukuda] July 28, 2018 09:00

This is a rabbit who plays birdwatching at Ishikawajima Park in Tsukuda. On July 13, I met the fourth Indian spot-billed duck parent and child this season. This time, after 3 hours of tracking, I would like to introduce some of them.

There are two chicks. Inside the fence of the Sumida River Terrace, the flow of the river and the waves of the ship are gentle and safe.

However, when a sudden appearance small high-speed leisure boat rolled up a high wave, the chicks were bitten by the waves. My body has been soaked and the chick's hair has lost its buoyancy. The mother then guided the chicks to the Sumida River Terrace.

For some time he was wandering around looking for a cozy place, but he set up in the middle of promenade. The promenade on the Sumida River Terrace is a natural bedrock bath that is warmed by the sun! You're smart. Mother Indian spot-billed duck had such wisdom.

Below the mother's stomach is the best safety zone.

You must have dried well. He also showed me the cute feathers of the chicks.

Do you have wings? .jpg

The human world is also extremely hot, so if you hydrate properly, you can do it.

I went back to the Sumida River.

Also next year, I'm looking forward to the chicks becoming parents and appearing on the Sumida River Terrace in Ishikawajima Park.
