Announcement of Midsummer Parfait Fair 2018-Shiseido Parlour Ginza Main Store Salon de Cafe-

Shiseido Parlour Ginza Main Store Salon de Cafe, "2018 Midsummer Parfait Fair" will be held in two periods this summer.

   First: July 1 (Sun)-July 31 (Tue)

   Second: August 1 (Wednesday) - August 31 (Friday)

At this fair, there will be a total of six parfaits, mainly three types of fruits that focus on the production area and season, and a strawberry parfait of Natsuaki Ichigo "Koihime" will appear.

With the idea of "I want you to taste it delicious until the end", every parfait incorporates fruit jelly and fruit compote to the lower layer of the parfait glass.

The main fruits are also used for homemade ice cream and solve with special attention.

In addition, the point of the arrangement is that the ball shape is cute fruit jelly.

This is the first step: July's 3 items, Arakawa peach, apple mango, blueberry parfait, and "Natsuaki Strawberry" Koihime "parfait (normal version / low carbohydrate version)" from Shiseido Parlour's house in Shinshu Hata Studio, Nagano Prefecture. I will introduce you.

A deluxe dish that luxuriously uses apple mango from Okinawa grown in the blessings of the sun.

Apple mangoes are also used in sherbets and jelly.

The flesh, which has a good color and gloss and melt, is characterized by a moderate acidity and rich richness in elegant sweetness.

Homemade milk ice cream and berry sauce give further depth to the taste.

It is a gem that uses "Natsuaki Strawberry" Koihime "" harvested in a house dedicated to Shiseido Parlour owned by Shinshu Hata Kobo as a sauce.

Please enjoy the unique taste of Natsuaki strawberries with refreshing acidity.

As you all know, strawberries are generally harvested and shipped from winter to spring.

Natsuaki Strawberry is a variety that can be harvested throughout the year, but its acidity became stronger and most relied on imports.

Shinshu University worked on the development under the condition that night temperature would drop even in hot summers.

And in Ina City, Nagano Prefecture, the production of Natsuaki Ichigo "Koihime", which has a high sugar content, is sweet and has a strong taste, and has a good fragrance and has a beautiful shape.

Shiseido Parlour has a dedicated house to grow this "Koihime" in connection with Shinshu Hata Kobo, and is working to provide delicious strawberries from summer to autumn.
