Last month, at the Communication Gallery Fugen on the 2nd floor of Tsukiji Garden Building, Tsukiji 1-chome, we reported that the Waseda University Photography Department, Keio University Camera Club, and each OB group held a railway photo exhibition "Shotetsu Chokei Battle" and introduced it on this blog.
At the same venue (map above, red place), from 19:00 on July 6 (Friday), a railway rakugo event for the storyteller Kokintei Komaji was held, so I heard it.
Kokintei Komaji was decided to be promoted in the fall of this year, and one of the rakugo artists who are riding now, the reservation-only venue was already full.
"Railway lovers" Komaji is a pioneer in "Railway Rakugo" and the author of the new book "Railway Rakugo" (Kotsu Shimbun).
My hobby is riding the railway, and Debayashi is thorough as "Railway Song".
There were two new rakugo stories related to railways and a talk session with exhibitors of "Shotetsu Hakei Battle".
In the talk session, I was impressed by the passionate passion of the shooters for railways and the deep content of technical terms, and both Komaji's two railway rakugo seats created by Mr. Komaji were both enthusiastic and very interesting, and were fulfilling before the weekend I was able to spend a fun Friday night time.
This is the third time this year, and I hope you will continue to work with the "Railway Photo Exhibition".
