Learn deliciously about sake and food culture from the Edo period

August 1 (Wednesday)

   Lecturer: Edo Cuisine and Culture Researcher / Period novelist Dr. Ukiyo

   Participation fee: 6,000 yen (with eel lunch, sake and souvenirs)

   Time 18:45~20:15

   Application deadline: Wednesday, July 18

Inviting Edo cuisine and culture researcher and era novelist, Dr. Car Ukiyo, as a lecturer, a seminar will be held on the theme of "The Ox Day of the Earth".

This is a cooking demonstration seminar where you can participate empty-handed.

A cooking seminar in which a cooking researcher / good sake teacher Naoko Kawagoe is invited as a lecturer.

This time, you can learn a little addition to canned food and a variety of tidbits, which is easy but delicious just by catching it in a microwave oven, through instructor demonstrations.

This seminar is recommended not only for women but also for men who do not usually cook.

In addition, the dishes made by the teacher can be actually served with sake.
