From August 1st to 4th, the annual “Tsukiji Honganji Noriyo Bon Dance Festival” is being held at Tsukiji Honganji Temple. （19:00～21:00）
This is the 71st event this year, but last year, 400 years have passed since the founding of the predecessor, Honganji Edo Gobo, and as part of the "Tera" and Project, aiming to become an "open temple", We are maintaining the precincts, and this year is the first Bon Dance Festival since then.
During the Bon Odori dances to songs such as "Tokyo Ondo", "Tsukiji Ondo", and "This is Edo Bon Dance", live performances of "Oedo Sukeroku Taiko" will be performed, and on the 3rd, the annual "masquerade competition" is also scheduled.
