[Dimini ☆ Cricket] August 14, 2018 14:00

Recently, the Italian "Trattoria detask" has abundant lunch menus and all are delicious.

It is close to Shintomicho Station Exit 2 of Shintomicho Station on the Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line.

The blue sign is impressive

When you enter inside, there is a counter in the back, and there is no problem with "one person".

However, because it is a popular shop, it will be quite crowded at around 12:00.

There are many kinds of pasta here. There are several types, such as spicy tomato sauce, tomato sauce, fresh cream sauce, garlic (peperonchino), and original, and the original is lined with attractive material names such as salt koji, plum shiso, rock seaweed, squid mentaiko.

After getting lost, today I chose Garlic's "Small shrimp and mushroom peperonchino"

Lunch comes with salad.

Good fragrance of garlic and pepper, sticky feeling of raw pasta, crispness of shrimp even though it is called "small shrimp", good balance of texture of mushrooms.
