[Asunaro] 18:00 on August 17, 2018

"Amazake" has an image of New Year and winter, but it is a seasonal word for summer.

Rice koji amazake, also known as "drinking infusion", decomposes glucose by koji mold, so it can efficiently absorb energy into the body. And because it contains amino acids and minerals, it is a fine nutritional drink.

The old people understood amazake very well, so in the Edo period Amasakaya, which sells around town as a drink to prevent summer batter, became a specialty.

That's why "amazake" became a seasonal word for summer.

It's soft ice cream. It goes well with the hot season.
