Patterns and children's yukatas bought at Onoya Sohonten

[Mapo ★] August 20, 2018 14:00

Onoya Sohonten, a long-established tabi shop in Shintomi-cho.
Ebizo Ichikawa, Mansai Nomura, etc.
It is also famous for being used by many traditional performing arts.

I heard that a large shelf was being held in July.
I wanted to give a gift to a friend's child living in the United States.
I went to buy a 100cm yukata with a handle.

There was a white background and a dark blue background.
I decided on the dark blue background because I felt nasty.

By the way, the "Kamainu pattern" is a scythe and ring picture.
A picture of the Edo period, which is read as "Kamawanu".
Danjuro Ichikawa, the seventh generation in Genroku era, wore a stage costume.
It seems that it was a popular pattern among the common people at that time.

The large shelf is held twice a year.
It seems to be held around the beginning of July and December.
When the schedule is decided, the paper will be overhanged.
I'd like to contact you by phone and go again.
