Kibana Cosmos has been sown on May 25, flowering in mid-July, and has been in full bloom for about a month, but soon the "remnant" season.

An annual plant belonging to the family Asteraceae, which is distributed mainly in Mexico and Central America and northern South America. Originally a yellow system, the red variety "Sunset" was bred by Masayuki Hashimoto, and the varieties were produced one after another, and it is said that the color has become richer.

This year, two types are planted: Diaboro (orange) and Dwarf yellow (yellow). The leaves are wider and more wild than the so-called "cosmos".

Many insects, such as Aosji Ageha and honeybees, are coming in search of flower nectar.

This summer, despite the intense heat of the day, vivid flowers bloomed one after another and delighted the eyes.
