Hello. This is a new correspondent, Hanes.
In September, it has gradually become autumn....
It's a personal matter, but I entered the fall of appetite a little earlier!

The sweets I would like to recommend now are limited until September 11th (Tuesday).
It can be purchased at the pop-up store on the 2nd floor of Ginza Mitsukoshi GINZA Stage.

This is the first time a new brand has opened in Ginza. And sometimes it's limited time,
If you like cheese, don't you miss it?

This Danish, Hokkaido cream cheese and Italian mascarpone cheese.
The two layers of milky cheese cream is wrapped in crispy Danish fabric.
When I tasted it, I am satisfied that I can enjoy the luxurious flavor and texture suitable for autumn of appetite.
In addition, it is not too large or too small and has an elegant size, so it looks good for souvenirs.

We use 100% wheat from Hokkaido and homemade natural yeast (shirakaba sap x camellia yeast) for the Danish dough.
After 72 hours of low-temperature aging fermentation, it seems to have been folded into 27 layers.
It's a delicate that you can taste only because you have a lot of time and effort.
