The 6th store of Kanda Daruma, which is popular for "Taiyaki with Hane", opened in Tsukiji on September 3. In front of Honganji Temple. I used to have a dotor. I've been looking forward to seeing when I can do it during construction since summer. There is also a space where you can bake it on the spot. It is a product that makes use of not only Taiyaki but also Honwarabimochi, Karinto Manju, Kusamochi, Daifuku and the shop's specialty “homemade bean paste made using an old-fashioned method using an open fire copper pot from Hokkaido beans”.

By the way, "When was Taiyaki born?" Do you know?

According to Daruma Kanda, "Tayaki was born in 1909 at the end of the Meiji era. In this era, sea bream is synonymous with high-grade fish. It was also useful as a fish of lucky items, and was not accessible to the common people. So, the common people who couldn't eat real sea bream enjoyed as a luxury item was thin-skin taiyaki." That's right. Certainly, the shape of "sea bream" is thought to be "sokamo".

It's really freshly baked "Paris" because it's baked one by one after another after ordering.

"When there is a large number, you will not have to wait if you call and come."
