Tokyo Metropolitan Government and Arts Council Tokyo (Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture) have held 10 times since the first meeting in 2008 to promote Japanese traditional culture both domestically and internationally, and to pass on the underlying "heart of Japanese" to the next generation.

It is an event where people who are not familiar with the tea ceremony can easily enjoy and enjoy the deep world of tea ceremony. There is also a booth where you can experience traditional culture such as Japanese calligraphy, Kabuki Makeup, Machipalanquin, Hanado, Edo fingers, kimono dressing, etc. You can also experience the culture and performing arts of Edo and Tokyo along with the performance of Hosho-ryu Noh on a special stage.
