This was created by nature in an era when there was no environmental pollution at all.

Mr. Kno of a certain tourist association is one of them, as follows.

"I like Mr. Mihara-do's salt rice crackers. It's not a sweet party, unfortunately (laughs).

・・I don't drink, yes (laughs)."

Signboard

I will also explain the signs in the table.

Actually, on September 4, 2017, last year, I explained it once in an article by Mr. Yagi Naga Honten in Nihonbashi Muromachi.

Book by Setsudo Yamazaki (1896-1976)-sensei.

He is also the leader of Nitten, the winner of the Japan Art Academy Prize, and the founder of the Japanese calligraphy Federation of Chuo-ku.

It is also said that he was the seventh generation of Nihonbashi's bonito wholesaler Nakaya.

The signboard in the shop of Yagi Cho Honten is also written by Mr. Setsudo.

By the way, Mihara Domoto store, there is a rice cracker factory in Omitama City, Ibaraki.

There is a store in Morishita, Koto-ku, which also serves as a Japanese confectionery factory and a Western confectionery factory.
