As part of the 66th “Chuo-ku Tourism and Commerce Festival”, which started on October 1 (Monday), at the “Hospitality Fair Nihonbashi Kitazume 2018” hosted by Nihonbashi Kitazume Store Association, a “talk show on soba” Will be held.
The event will be held on October 28 (Sun), one hour from 12:30 to 13:30.
At the "Nihonbashi Long-established husband talk show", the theme is "Soba"
Mr. Hiroshi Mizutani, the third generation owner of the long-established Nihonbashi "Toshihisa-an" in Nihonbashi, and Mr. Hikaru Hoshi, President of the Edo Soba Rie Association, and Mr. Miki Sakai, editor-in-chief of the monthly "Nihonbashi", will be talked about.
The viewing is free.
The talk venue will be a special stage on the 
underground sidewalk of Edo Sakura-dori St. (a space between Choledo Muromachi 1 and Choledo Muromachi 3 shortly after leaving Mitsukoshimae Station), and what kind of talk will be held between the owner of a long-established soba shop in Nihonbashi and the president of the Edo Soba Rie Association. I don't really like soba.

This talk show hosted by the Nihonbashi Kitazume Store Association last year was held by Masatoshi Ishikawa, the third generation of the book material specialty store Aritoshi, and Toru Hashimoto, the fifth generation of Nihonbashi Toyoda in Kappo cuisine.
