sisi niboshi (a niboshi)...Shinibotan...A lion's peony...
Yes. It is derived from the flower tag "Lion on Peony" and is also the logo on the signboard.
　

　
And there is only "Niibotanion", and there is a new sensation menu based on boiled dried.
・"Nibotan" made with butter-flavored dried sauce.
・Added yuzu to boiled sauce and popular "pepetan" with women
・"Toma Tan" made with tomato added to the dried sauce
・Potato soup "Nibosui" etc., made with boiled dried soup.

Although it is a small shop with only counter seats,
It's fashionable and has a strange and cozy atmosphere.

Homemade charshu, purple onions, seaweed and quail eggs with a crisp texture,
