Hideaway wine bar ★Vin de Reve

[Mapo ★] October 29, 2018 18:00

It is a shop that I found at Diners' preferential treatment.
It's been open here for 12 years.
It's very close to the tourist association.
I didn't know that I had passed many times before. 。 。

The name is Vandreave (wine dream), so it's a dream.
I was really looking forward to it, but it was as expected.

The owner told Lyon that he was studying abroad.
The wines are all French wines!

The omakase course is 6,800 yen.
It's quite expensive for dinner in Ginza.

However, with the owner and French wine
I was excited by the story of the creator.
A good wine with a glass.
I drank a lot (^^;

When he told him that he could not drink much,
But you'd like to drink a lot, don't you? And
You can make one cup in half and make two kinds.
He was kind and very kind!

All the dishes are delicious.
Amuses, 2 appetizers, risotto
There were plenty of fish, meat, dessert and coffee.

The fly of fish called gimpo was very delicious.
White wine is perfect★

And when it comes to French cuisine,
I usually have cold or cold dishes.
This shop has a chef in a nearby kitchen.
Because it was a weekday, it was vacant, so
I'm glad that fish and apple cake were hot (*^^*)

Beginning with glass champagne, white is sun sale, Vuvre,
Purini Monracche, Red is Chambol Muniy,
For dessert wine, drink Alsas Gevürz.
I was very satisfied!
