I haven't introduced the Oomi beef product yet.

This time, I will introduce mainly Oomi beef products from the frozen category.

Mr. Yazaki of "Koko Shiga" also took care of me this time.

It is a long-established store founded in Tenpo 10 (1839).

Delivered from Okaki Ranch, a self-farm that makes use of the land that has been cultivated since ancient times.

It is a croquette that uses plenty of Okaki Oomi beef, which is characterized by soft meat quality and rich aroma.

Tenpyo Co., Ltd. (Takashima City)

Oomi beef from the treasure ranch of Kuchiki, Takashima City is used.

It is a meat bun made by boiling the finest rank Oomi beef and domestic vegetables in a sukiyaki style.

It is a local gourmet of Nagahama loved by people of all ages.

Oomi beef and domestic potatoes and onions are used.

The other ingredients are made simply to enhance the taste of Oomi beef.

In addition, since freshly fried is frozen quickly, it retains its taste.

It is finished with simple cooking just by warming it in a microwave.
